1 Introduction and Definitions

The following words and terms used in these Terms have the meanings defined below:

• "90jali" or "Platform" refers to the website https://90jali.cam and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who is registered on or using this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile through which platform services are accessed.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a user on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit or reward granted by the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Use

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

The 90jali platform is open only to those aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Identification may be required to verify age at the time of registration.
• If a user provides false age information, their account will be terminated and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• 90jali reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only real money converted after meeting wagering requirements is withdrawable.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

90jali offers new users a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (on the total of bonus plus deposited amount).
• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives you ৳1,500 bonus, total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Depositing ৳22,000 gives you a maximum ৳15,000 bonus, total balance ৳37,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• 90jali reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms which will be stated alongside the offer.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Verify all information carefully before placing a bet. 90jali reserves the right to make decisions regarding bets placed in error due to system faults or technical issues.

6.2 Result Confirmation

• Sports betting results will be confirmed after the relevant event has concluded.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Casino game results are considered immediate and final.
• In the event of a technical fault, 90jali will investigate and make a decision, and that decision will be final.

6.3 Fair Play

90jali uses fair play and SSL encryption technology to ensure a safe and reliable betting environment. All game results are governed by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 90jali:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage or attempting to meet bonus conditions through artificial means.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorized access to their account.
• Falsely impersonating a staff member or representative of the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

90jali reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

8.2 User Rights

A user may appeal against an account termination decision through the support channel. During appeal review, 90jali will consider all relevant information and issue a fair decision.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
